Your main challenge will be to help people start a new phase of their lives by moving their homes and offices . This means carrying and making sure everything is in perfect order.
Your main task is to make sure everything is loaded and unloaded from the trucks safely and without unnecessary stress. Organize and arrange things so that there is not a single scratch.
Packing and protecting belongings – part of your mission is to ensure that everything is packed securely . This means carefully wrapping furniture and placing special protective materials.
Our requirements for you are:
Be able to perform tasks that require physical activity and have a willingness to do physical labor
Being a team player and liking and being able to work in a team
Be able to communicate in a friendly manner with clients and colleagues
To be able to rely on you when you take on a work commitment
Have a desire to develop and learn new skills
Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
Experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage
Experience with physically demanding roles
Having the opportunity to perform physical activity related to fieldwork
Valid driver's license with minimum category "B"
Experience driving larger vehicles such as vans is an advantage
Experience with furniture assembly is an advantage
Proactive thinking with the ability to manage a team and solve problems effectively.
Customer-oriented approach and attitude
Passion for improving operational processes (if you want to develop in the office)
